Whitman County Superior Court hears proceedings involving adoptions, appeals from District and Municipal Courts and certain state and local administrative agencies, civil disputes, controversies pertaining to real property, divorces, parenting plans and other domestic relations matters, felony criminal charges, juvenile matters, probates and guardianships.
